Job Description Join our team as a day shift, full time, RN Manager, Case Management, at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center, in Oklahoma City, OK. Responsibilities Participates in treatment planning with physician and related medical disciplines to provide the highest quality of care in the least restrictive environment, including daily monitoring of Care Management Staff, reviewing patients and progress including admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria. Chairs weekly Interdisciplinary Outlier Committee, and communicates with physicians, Case Management Director, and Administration about patient needs. Manages hospital Utilization Management Program by coordinating Utilization Plan changes with Medical Director and administration, co-chairing Utilization Management Committee, and collecting and reporting Performance Improvement data to Performance Improvement Committee and Utilization Management Committee. Ensures department staff are managed effectively, including hiring, training, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed. Applies state, federal, and other regulatory agencies functions and standards. Reports to the assigned leader. This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Qualifications RN Oklahoma license or Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Previous work experience in hospital case management preferred. Previous work experience utilizing nationally recognized Level of Care Criteria Sets preferred. Diabetic Educator certification preferred.
