Technical Recruiter

This is a remote position. Job Role: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, identifying, and hiring top talent to support our product development and growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional intelligence, a keen eye for talent, and a strong understanding of the technology industry. Project Role: Technical Recruiter Work Experience: 4-5 years Work location: Remote Must have skills: End to End Recruitment, Technical Acumen and Effective Communication.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Create and design job descriptions for various profiles.
• Source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, intelligence, and cultural fit.
• Interview candidates through phone calls or video.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.
• Generate reports and provide insights to improve the recruitment process continually.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating effectively, providing feedback, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Profile:

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of technical skills, programming languages, and software development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
